A Mexican hit man believed to be working for former Mexican drug lord El Chapo's notorious cartel has said she is 'ready for armed confrontation' with rival gangs in a chilling social media post.
The alleged assassin is a member of the fearsome Cazadores who are the armed wing of Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzmán's Sinaloa Cartel (CDS
Since El Chapo's imprisonment in 2016, his three sons are thought to have taken over the crime business and have resorted to violent means to keep their stranglehold over his territory.
In a video posted on her social media channels, the female fighter is seen in military uniform pointing a gun at a Mexican army vehicle.
Little is known about the mysterious gun wielder, however, it's been reported that she is a veteran of several cartel confrontations.
According to BorderlandBeat, it’s 'known' that the fighter has been involved in fights with the rival Barredora gang allegedly run by the nephews of drug trafficker Rafael Caro Quintero.
The bitter war between the Cazadores and the Barredora has been responsible for the increase in violence, homicides and shootings in the Sonora region of Mexico this year.
Earlier this month, the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS) has forced hitmen to walk naked through the streets after they are said to have betrayed El Chapo's children.

Three hitmen were spotted walking through the streets for allegedly betraying the children of notorious El Chapo.
While the hitmen were stripped entirely of clothing, they had a message to carry through the streets on a placard which read "That happens to me through Chapulín".
The trio were flanked by an armed commando aboard a vehicle which followed them through the streets of Sinaloa, Mexico.
Although the video alleges that the trio had betrayed the children of El Chapo, it is not clear as to whether or not the hitmen had gone on to join another criminal group or remain members of the dangerous Sinaloa Cartel.
