The Foreign Secretary will hold bilateral talks with Gibraltar Chief Minister Fabian Picardo.
Mr Raab is visiting for the UK-Gibraltar Joint Ministerial Council, ahead of talks on the future relationship with Brussels.
Gibraltar was not covered by the UK’s Brexit trade deal with the EU and a separate negotiation with the bloc is underway.
Mr Raab said: “As a valued member of the UK family, we stand side by side with Gibraltar as we enter into the forthcoming negotiations with the EU on Gibraltar’s future relationship.
“We are committed to delivering a treaty which safeguards UK’s sovereignty of Gibraltar and supports the prosperity of both Gibraltar and the surrounding region.”
A political agreement was agreed with Spain on December 31 last year to set out the framework for Gibraltar’s future relationship with the EU.
Talks will soon take place between Brussels and the UK to finalise a deal.
